Going to the Philly Tattoo Convention?? Help my friend Mike Hooligan support the PSPCA..
Tattoo artist, Mike Hooligan of Kadillac Tattoo Deuce, is proudly leading this fundraiser. Mike has created a special line of tattoos for animal lovers. Stop by the Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention February 10-12 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center to check them out. A portion of the proceeds from any artist doing any of Mike Hooligan’s selected tattoos go directly to the Pennsylvania SPCA. The Pennsylvania SPCA will also have a booth there. Stop by and meet some of our Humane Law Enforcement Officers (as seen currently on NAT GEO WILD’s Philly Undercover), donate toys or blankets to help shelter animals or make a monetary donation.
